Support Groups
We recognize that infertility can have a significant emotional impact. Coping with this unexpected challenge can be overwhelming for many people. That's why we are dedicated to providing you with a supportive and reassuring environment throughout your fertility journey. Our goal is to help make the process as seamless and stress-free as possible.
Support for Women
You are not alone. Our Mind & Body program offers an intimate support group to help women work through the emotions of their fertility journey. These small, intimate group sessions provide a safe space to relax, to express feelings, and to connect with other women. You'll learn relaxation strategies and coping skills to take home and use on a regular basis.
Support for Men
As male partners may experience the infertility struggle differently from women, we offer a separate support group for men. It's often challenging for men to know how to support their partners, and in the process their own feelings can be overlooked. This group provides a place for men to share their stories and gain support.

Counseling
Infertility can affect patients physically as well as emotionally and psychologically. We believe it is important that all IVF patients meet with a licensed mental health professional at the start of their journey. During your initial session, our therapist will learn about the role infertility plays in your life and address any concerns you may have about treatment. Our mental health professionals have had years of experience working with individuals and couples experiencing infertility. Depending on the nature of the consultation their fees may vary and will be discussed when you make your appointment.
Yoga
Fertility yoga is a great way to direct attention away from the stress of undergoing treatment. Our group and individual yoga classes focus on relaxing poses, meditation, and visualization to obtain an optimal hormonal balance. Partner yoga classes foster trust and support through the shared experience.
Hypnotherapy
Hypnotherapy can help prospective parents let go of limiting thoughts and emotions about conception, pregnancy and a myriad of other issues that crop up during the process of bringing a baby into the world. Hypnotherapy works by its effect on the hypothalamus, which is the neural center at the base of the brain. The hypothalamus registers stress by turning emotions into physical responses via hormone levels, which has a direct effect on fertility. Hypnotherapy utilizes methods such as guided imagery, a technique that supports a hopeful attitude.
Massage Therapy
Not only does massage therapy aid in relaxation, reduces stress, and improves blood circulation, it can also help enhance fertility by optimizing hormonal balance, reducing muscle tension, and supporting overall reproductive health.
Acupuncture
By targeting key points in the body, acupuncture helps regulate hormones, improve blood flow to the reproductive organs, and reduce stress.
